I had time this morning to make another card for Taylor's challenge. I made this one more like the actual sketch. I have been wanting to start my Christmas cards and this sketch seemed perfect for this set.
This card was made with a fabric stamp my Aunt brought down for the kids. She had a little bag full of them. They are so cute!!! I thought, why not! and made a card with it. I added things like the snow and holly to make it more Christmasy:). It needs work .. but I like the idea of it. I will try it again.
Thanks for stopping by. On to get the kids ready for bed. i think they like my card making time more than I do. The entire kitchen table is full of their craft stuff, cut up paper .. just a big ol happy mess!:) OOhh man!!! That will have to wait to be cleaned up after they go to bed:).
Both cards are FANTASTIC!!
ReplyDeleteLove the images of both and the embossing on the top card is so very pretty! :)
WOWZA GIRL! You are soooo talented! I LOVE both cards, the first one just makes you want to smile, who doesn't love a happy Santa, and the second one is homey and warm, and makes me wish for cooler days and hot chocolate! It was 95 here today so no hot chocolate for awhile :0(
