He who has not Christmas in his heart will never find it under a tree. ~Roy L. Smith
One of my favorite things about Christmas was being able to decorate the tree. It still is. Not to make it 'beautiful' or like out of a magazine .. but for memories. All the ornaments hold a special meaning. I have ones handed down from my mom that I made as a child, ones the kids have made, their first ornaments, the year we bought all shatterproof ornaments b/c Hannah tried to pull them off. The year we put them back on and our son thought they were balls to throw and play with so we took them off again :). I said I was not going to get started early ~ but all these cards, songs, movies... i am just getting more and more in the spirit of Christmas:). This card is one I made for the House Mouse Monday Challenge. One of my favorite challenges. I do love my house mouse. I think my best cards have been made with them. I am not sure why .. but they inspire me to do my best as if to do them justice:). Anyway, I hope you are all having a good Monday so far. I hope to make more HM Christmas cards throughout the week.
