A touch of Spring

Some of my gal pals have been wanting Spring and to leave the snow behind. This card is for you :). I made it with the Beary Box Sketch and had so much fun with it. I like it so much and cant wait to try a more funky style of card again. OK, so it may not be 'funky' but i have never made one with part of the image hanging off. I really like it. Hope you do too :)
I LOVE this image I got in a RAK way back when. I have now idea who she is, but I love her. I love her little feet :). i colored her with my prisma color color pencils and OMS. The dp is by Decorative Floral Prints .. handmade paper? A pack from AC Moore.
OK, off to get things done around here. Lots to do still before Christmas day. We are having our Christmas Eve party tomorrow with my family.Since Christmas Eve falls on Wednesday we are going to church that night for communion and then home to spend time with the kids. Hope you are all ready (or mostly ready) and have a stress free, happy, blessed Christmas.


Here is a Christmas ornament that I bought my mom last year. I saw it on her tree and laughed thinking that now it would be totally me! lol. Hope you get a kick out of it:)

    Lovely card! Although I prefer autumn and winter. I couldn't live in a place where I wouldn't have all the seasons.
    I just love your Christmas ornament! It's so you (and your mum)! It put this huge grin on my face (a bit like Garfield with his mug full of coffee, lol).

    Oh yes - those praying for the snow to melt would include me!! I usually love the winter time - basically just because of the holidays. But with all this snow - it gets a little gloomy and cold. I love your coloring job on this one Heather - truly awesome!!
