Happy 2009!!!

I do not have a New Years card to share with you. I was actually asleep when the New Year came in. My hubby reached over and gave me a quick kiss and I woke up for a little bit, but was soon asleep again. My poor hubby :o). I have been falling asleep on the couch a lot lately? Maybe I am catching up before our 2nd semester of homeschooling? I don't know. I DID get the chance to make 2 cards yesterday. YAY! The first is an owl stamp that Hannah and Santa schemed together and got me ;). I got 3 Ollie and Olivia stamps and cant wait to play more with them! This one is called Olivia Sunflower. I used my color pencils and OMS to color this in. It is pretty plain and simple.The next card is for the BSC61 and BCC60 on SCS. I love the sketch, but not my card so much:). I will try the sketch again with another image. Lattebella maybe. She has not been inked in a little while! I colored her with my bic markers and a skin white copic.

OK, I am off. I do hope you all have a beautiful day. I am going to start the traditional meal of collard greens and all that good stuff:). Take care and God bless!
