YAY!!! It is Friday! The past weeks have been pretty busy here. We took Hannah to see Monsters VS Aliens in 3D. My parents came too and we all had a great time. It was pretty cute. Tommy was off all last week and this week I have been cleaning and cleaning and cleaning more along with cooking and homeschooling, taking Hannah to the Dr for her eczema, and i got a cold ... so that left me little time to make cards. I did start this one last week for Stamp Something Friday, but was too late to post it. Thankfully it fits this weeks challenge too and I can still use it. Last weeks challenge was a sketch and this week was an Easter theme. I am not 100% happy with this card. I think my mojo went on vacation :). It has a John Deere feel to it? Don't ya think? lol! Anywho ~ I colored this riley with my bics, used some fun flock and RAKed paper. We are having Hannah's 'party' tomorrow. my sis, nephew, mom, dad, and maybe my brother are coming over. We are keeping it simple with just cake and a few snacks .. her gifts of course and then we are going to play putt putt. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28
truth
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV
