This month I created a fresh and new Angel Cake for you. She is near and dear to my heart. Angel Cakes were one of the first designs / series of images created at Fresh Brewed Designs, inspired by a crafty project my mom used to create when I was a teenager.

I hope you will hop on over to the shop, take little Angel Cake home with you, and bring her back to visit in some challenges from time to time ;) While you are there, check out the NEW!! this one is a newly released rubber stamp you will see again if you stop back for the hop Wednesday. The name of this stamp is Beach Bums :). Fresh Brewed Designs is sponsoring ICS this week and she was just dying to dazzle this card and bring it with the ICS Sketch. I always like to mix, flip and play with my sketches, but I kept this one pretty exact. I love Dawns sketches (and Dawn for that matter :D)
I colored her with prismacolor markers. I gave her a nice tan, a bright blue bikini and some pretty shimmery highlights. The Vacation sentiment is by Clearly Wordsworth, patterned paper is a mystery to me, cardstock by Papertrey Inc and to make her all shimmery and beautiful, I used Creative Inspirations Paints in Aquamarine (now for sale at Fresh Brewed Designs) and chocolate brown. I even painted up the flower!!!
