All Dressed Up rubber stamp |
OK, enough of that ;) and on to my card! This card was created for our NEW Challenge at Freshly Brewed Challenges. We are asking you to use Pink, White, and Kraft colors. I used the Fresh brewed Designs rubber stamp: All Dressed Up paired with a HOTTIE of a digi that will be released at our Valentine hop on Jan 19th.
I used Kraft cardstock from PTI, K&Co patterned paper, pink felt, scrap pink for the paper pieced dress, a scalloped circle nestabilitie and an inkadinkado sentiment stamp I purchased from i {heart} papers.
We have a few updates and reminders at the challenge blog, so stop in and see what we have been up to.
This card was created for the following challenges:

ReplyDeleteha ha. you're so funny! this is one of my most favorite cards! i love love love it!! so cute and creative and FUN and you ARE such a tease- i can't wait to see the new digi!
ReplyDeleteAdorable card Heather! And I have to say that when I read the title of this post, my first thought was The Princess Bride so I think you must have conveyed it somehow :)
ReplyDeleteAwww how sweet, love the paper piecing on her dress :) xx
ReplyDeleteGirlfriend, you are crackin' me up! Ahhh, The Princess Bride. Good stuff.
ReplyDeleteYour card is ah-dorable! I can just picture this scene out of a TV western (Big Valley? Gunsmoke?), a damsel, who for one reason or another lives in the boarding house above the saloon, pining for her beau, who's out driving cattle. He just needs to bring the herd to market, and then they'll have the money to get away from there, get married, and start a decent life.
The PPs you used are perfect, and felt for carpet?!?! Killer! YGG!
(((((HUGS))))))
