Little Snowflake

I think there is a bit of magic in snowflakes. Not the monstrous blizzards mind you, but the giant snowflakes that fall down slowly and seem to dance their way down to the ground. I know I am not one to talk because we NEVER get snow here. I remember playing in it every winter as a child before we moved to the beach, but my mom gets the ICK face when it is mentioned. lol!!! I still think that it is beautiful. The glittery glistening white blanket that covers the earth. How God took such special care in making every single snowflake different and unique and beautiful... much like he did with us :).

(see that photo above, I found it on the internet.. but it is a photo of the train tracks in the tiny little town I was born and raised in. This photo makes my heart smile)



Well, enough chatting, I am here to share a card and some fun.

Again, I dug through my big ol scrap paper box (really it is getting RIDICULOUS!)
I used the MFT Diecut - fresh cut grass and cut out the 'icicles' using white cardstock and white polka-dotted vellum.  The glitter is martha stewart chunky glitter: Snow, and I colored the ornament and lips with a gel writer glitter pen. The image was colored using prismacolor and copic markers.
