Happy Tuesday!
I got all discombobulated this morning and couldn't remember what day it was!
We have had such a great few weeks here. Busy but wonderful.
My daughter is getting ready for dance competition season.
This is her first time dancing at this new studio.
They are so encouraging and kind to one another.
BUT strict and pushing them to their best at the same time.
She will be in two large group numbers and performing two solos.
*she is usually only in one number per competition and this is her first year
even doing a solo! I am so excited AND nervous for her at the same time*
She also got her demipointe shoes yesterday. She is really excited about that and
hopefully starting en pointe soon. Where has the time gone?!?
My son is taking Irish tap this year. He will be dancing a riverdance number
for the St Patricks Day festival / parade. I am so proud of him and all he has sacrificed for
his sister to dance and follow her dreams and I am so proud that he gave tap a chance and that he loves it.
He plays the drums SO well and plays by ear. He hears the beat and can just pick up and play anything
my husband plays at church. The same thing happens when he taps. He is a natural!
Anyway - Be ready for lots of pics and more dance talk soon!
OK, on to the reason for this post!
It's time for a NEW DIGI RELEASE at
The images this month were drawn and inspired by beauty and romance.
Not because Valentine's day is soon approaching.... I have had a few of these
saved in my sketch book since summer. Some images just come from the heart,
and are a reflection of how one is feeling at that moment. A piece of me went into
each of these drawings and I do hope you love them as much as I do.
God created everything - and took care in creating it.
Everything is perfect and beautiful ...
but WE were chosen.
For a purpose.
For a plan.
WE were FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE! (Psalm 139:14)
What does God say about beauty?
I printed my images out close to one another and as close to the same size as possible.
I couldnt decide if I was going to cut them out and use them like inchies or
what I wanted to do. After they were colored, I decided to keep them in the same row.
The sentiment was one I found when searching beauty quotes on pinterest.
This one was just so lovely and was exactly what I was looking for!
Thank you for stopping by today.
