And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28

truth

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV

Word Art Wednesday Challenge 202 - Romans 14:19

Happy (Thursday)
I know... these few posts today were supposed to go live
yesterday, but I have been very busy and just didn't get around to it.
But you get to see them now! Woop woop! :-)

Today's (yesterday's) Word Art Wednesday verse /
devotional post really hit home with me. It speaks about Christians lifting
one another up and encouraging one another. Not to compare ourselves to and
judge one another. I have to say that these past months God has opened my eyes
to how many true friends I have and how loving and giving and caring they all truly are.
I haven't ever felt that kind of love from anyone outside of my family before and
I am truly blessed. God has put something new in my heart that I can't explain,
but am so happy that He let me see and used it to change me.

I first loved this card, then when I took a second look I cringed.
Don't you hate when that happens?!? I went to bed thinking it was nice,
but woke up to 'what was I thinking?' :-(
I did hand stitch all of the buttons and the side stitching.
I spent a good amount of time on this card even though it looks to be
very simple. The paper is something I received from a 'scrap pack'
that came from an online scrapbook shop way back when ???

I hope you will stop by and play along with us at
WORD ART WEDNESDAY.
Our challenges are always ANYTHING GOES - Family Friendly

Have a very happy and blessed day,
Heather
