For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:

God is so good! (Word Art Wednesday Guest Designer)

I am blessed to be back again today with another
Word Art Wednesday card.
This week has been so busy. We are preparing for school to start.
We are also preparing for all of the new dance classes the kids will be involved in.
They will be taking up pretty much every weeknight.
I am looking forward to the new start though.

I have been trying not to let every day things stress me out.
I have failed every day, but also done better than before.
I was reading an blog post at for the family entitled:

That opened my eyes and heart to a whole different perspective.
God is so good to me. So good that even the little, every day tasks that I do... even the ones
that I feel are so annoying and unending, are done and should be done for Him,
giving Him glory. If you want to read that post click >HERE<

I am going to get back to the reason for this post and share my
Word Art Wednesday card with you.
This weeks scripture:

Isn't that a beautiful scripture.
CHRIST IN YOU, THE  HOPE OF GLORY!
How amazing is it to know and have Jesus living in your heart?
To know how much he loves you and that he died for your sin.
To know that His love costs nothing. It is free. Salvation is free.
All we have to do is accept it. He paid the price for MY sin.
He died a death that only I deserved.
And He would do it again! Just for one person. Just for you!
If it meant that he would have to endure the cross all over again, just to save you,
he would! He loves us with such a deep love. We are His children.
We are so important to Him. God, the father, loves us so much he knows every hair
on our head. He knows every worry and fear. He knows every pain and tear we shed.
He wants to comfort us. To hold us. To give us peace and joy that surpasses all understanding.
We just have to ask for it. So simple. Our lives can change in an instant by asking Jesus into our
heart, to forgive us of our sin, to turn away from wicked ways and follow Him completely.

  1. Hi, Heather. Thanks for your comment on my blog post. I actually had a completely different post written, and I changed it just before it went live at midnight. I was going to get into a personal matter, but the Lord lead me to change it. My Mom and I were talking about the persecution of Christians, and my heart was aching. People need to know, and they need to pray. The sorrow hurts, and it breaks our human hearts; but SALVATION IS ETERNAL. They aren't suffering - they are in glory with Jesus. My pastor was once threatened by someone with a gun, and his response was "DON'T THREATEN ME WITH HEAVEN!" I praise God for people who are willing to suffer for His sake, and we know their eternal salvation is secure. I just want people to pray for missionaries and those who need our prayers. Thanks for your comment. I've SO enjoyed having you with us this month and I thank you for your servant's heart.

  2. Hi Heather - God is SOOOOOO God all of the time - Our church showed this movie before the DVD was released as an outreach - we had over 20 people come to the alter that night - Praise God! Congratulations on your Guest Designer Spot - and for the very lovely write up here on your blog - I cannot image people living on earth without God - nor their reasoning behind why they do not believe! God is NOT Dead is an awesome movie in Honor of God and what He has done for us -Jesus is Alive and well! Christians are so blessed beyond measure - Yet Jesus DIED for everyone - only if everyone would make the right choice -thank you for your lovely card and have a blessed week - Happy Day - as Jesus is coming SOON!

  3. Congrats on your Guest DT honor.
I totally understand how those things can get to us if we let them. Hang in there.
    23 years ago I permanently damaged both my knees and am in constant pain BUT I have a co-worker who lost both her legs, one arm and most of the fingers on her other hand. She was an art teacher and came back to work after she healed. She is now a kindergarten teacher {since our district got rid of art teachers in elementary.}
Sorry I needed to add a little history now I'll get to my point. lol.
Whenever my knees are feeling real bad I remind myself that at least I still have them and it helps me through. Reminding me to be grateful for my many, many blessings.
    Take care and God bless.
    Crafty hugs,

  5. I love the colorful flowers on your card, and couldn't agree with you more about Christ's sacrifice being the most beautiful gift of all. I don't get to go to the movies very often, so I haven't seen God's Not Dead yet. What a blessing your video would be to anyone who receives it. Blessings to you and your family!
