For Meagan

I made this card for my cousin's little girl, Meagan. She is such a sweet heart. i get to talk to her on the phone on occasion, but have not been able to see her in a few years. I am hoping to take a trip soon to visit them and the rest of my family there .. time and money allowing. i do miss them. Thank God for the telephone! Poor Michelle, she is the one who gets my vents and has to listen to my nonstop talking at least once a week. She loves me though and says she does not mind. After a few days of school and cleaning, stresses of the day, she is about the only one who gets me and I feel better when we get to talk. I h ave been meaning to make Meagan a card for a long time. I hope she likes this. The sweet little Lola reminded me of her.

I have also gotten a few RAKs this week from my cafe mom friends. I am in a raffle and was chosen as the November raffle winner meaning i get images and a prize from the ones who want to be in the December Raffle list. i have gotten such cute images and things. SO exciting. It is like Christmas all over. I was going to give you all a break from my Christmas cards, but I had to make a Changito. Isn't he DARLING! i must have put that on one too many card comments, b/c 3 of my lovely friends sent me a few images each of him. I am so happy, b/c now I have several and can use them without hoarding them:) lol. YAY! I used the sketch from Taylor's cupcake challenge again, but I am not so happy with the outcome. I bought the border punch yesterday with my coupon. It is not my favorite. Martha Stewart snowflake cut / emboss punch. Does anyone else have it? love it or hate it? Maybe I am doing something wrong :(. Oh well, Changito is still cute and that is all that counts.
