This weeks
challenge on WOJ was to make a card after the sketch they provided. I was a little intimidated because i only have one WOJ stamp. Teenage Lizzie with box of chocolates. I thought and thought until i came up with this idea. I stamped her on white large circle, hten again on a mustard brown textured cs that sortof resembled suede. I cut out the entire coat and boots ((who said I did not have patience!?! :o) )) and pieced her over the ribbon. I also added an extra sparkle to my flowers with some pearl ex powder thanks to a friend who posted
THIS. Thanks
Shemaine!!! It was a lot of fun. I did the same thing she posted, but i did not have any hairspray. I just used plain alcohol. It worked like a charm! i am not sure if hairspray would be better, so if you try it .. it is up to you the route you want to go. I only used a third of what she posted. I was afraid to do too much in case it did not work and I wasted all that beautiful expensive) powder. I colored the rest of Lizzie with my bic markers, a skin white copic and a fleshy pink copic. The mustard brown is by bazzin, the patterned card stock is from the Old World Stack by DCWV.
Wonderful card Heather! Love the detail!
