This weeks challenge on the House Mouse Monday challenge is to make an ATC using a house mouse (duh). So, I tried to find one that looked like 'me'. Aside from coffee that is, since I do not own an coffee one yet (gasp! I know, crazy right!!). I live at the beach, it has been warm still here making me fear we are going to have a super hot and unbearable summer. Ugh! I found this image in my stash of RAKs (from Norma I do believe) AND I LOVED IT!!! Isn't it just SWEET?!?! This was my first time making an actual ATC EVER! The dimensions were hard to follow. It felt a little 'bland' so to speak. I wanted to do it a little different and made it swing out. I thought it would be neat to add the deets and good stuff inside rather than the back. I hope it still counts as an ATC ?? I colored this image 3 times, cut it twice and layered it all together. I colored it with crayola color pencils and OMS. I added stickles to the lemonade, but you ant see it (boo). It is really pretty in the light. I also added glossy accents to the lemon and to some of the flower petals. This was actually a lot of fun to make.
Hope you have all had a happy Monday. i am off to finish up dinner.
Kisses and hugs!
Heather
