Just in Time!


I made this card for the ICS Challenge this week. i do love the sketches there. This one had me little stumped :). I still feel it is a little off. I wish I had added a scallop around the circle, but whats done is done. I like this image of Matilda Muffinbread (almost called her muffinhead again! for some reason that is what she is in my head. ) She is by stampingbella and just so sweet! The patterned paper was a RAK and I love it too! It was hard to use it :) but I am so glad I did. It just made her dress look so pretty. She is colored with copics and my trusty ol' bic markers. Stickles and flowers and embossed paper finish it off.

I did not hear from Duke today. I will be waiting as patiently as I can tomorrow. I will be back to let you all know what they said as soon as I hear. Thank you for thinking of us and for the prayers. It means so much. She is in better spirits today and seems to be feeling a bit better.


I am off to get the kids ready for bed. They woke up a few times each last night and I want to hit the hay early myself. have a great night all. Hugs!!

    I love the paper piecing! That's one of my fave techniques, but I am so scared to use it! Plus...I dont' have many stamps that CAN be used that way! ANYway!

    Sorry you didn't hear from Duke. I know its hard to just sit and wait. Excruciating, even! I hope you hear soon!
