This post will be a little longer than I anticipated. I have a few things to share with you this go round. I intended on doing a few posts, but I hope you will forgive me and enjoy the ride :D
This is the second DIVAS Facebook Group Blog Hop to date! WOOHOOO!!! I am so blessed to be a part of this lovely group of believers. Such a great group of girls willing to share, pray and do all they can for one another. :) If you are just getting here you will want to start at the beginning of the hop with Brenda. If you are on track and have arrived here from Gina's blog, you are good to go :D!!!
The idea behind these hops is to use things you have had for several months. I have PLENTY of things stashed away that I need to use. For instance, this tee I have had for at least 6 months. I intended on making my sister a tee out of it that was knitting related. Well, good thing she loves coffee as much as I do, because that is what she will end up getting ;) It looks MUCH better IRL. I used a coffee bean stamp from Hero Arts to decorate the neckline.
This card is for this weeks Freshly Brewed Challenge... and it matches the tee, so I had to share them together. This paper is from SEI and is over 2 years old. I have been hoarding it like CRAZY!!! :D The chipboard is from walmart? It and the waterfall stickles have been in my stash for well over a year now. I created both projects using the Fresh Brewed Designs Rubber Stamp Coffee Take Me Away. Isn't she fun!?! :D You can win her by participating in the month long challenge at the challenge blog HERE.
Here is the fun news I have been dying to share with you!!! Fresh Brewed Designs rubber stamps can now be found at a local scrap shop here on the Grand Strand!!! If you are ever in the area, be sure to add Scrapbooks by the Sea to your list of places to visit. She has a sweet little shop FULL of GORGEOUS paper crafty things and MUCH MORE .. including Fresh Brewed Designs Stamps :D! You can view her site HERE as well as LIKE her and Follow her on Facebook HERE.
And just a little extra bit of fun: Here is a pic of the shop display
and me being silly posing as my I'll Take Mine To Go rubber stamp
AND a card using the I'll Take Mine to Go Rubber Stamp :)
This card was created using Papertray Inc. Kraft Paper, scrap brown card stock, Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels 7, a variety of flowers, and prismacolor markers. I used the Eat Sleep Stamp Sketch for this card.
Now that I have taken up alot of your time, I want to thank you for stopping by and sharing in all this fun with me today:)
Your next DIVA Hop Stop will be at the ever so lovely Linda's blog. I know that she has something gorgeous to share with you.
Have a very blessed day!!!
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28
truth
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV
