Happy Birthday!

For this card I used Fresh Brewed Designs mini cupcakes digital paper, stickles, 
an inkadinkado clear sentiment stamp and some black fibbon. 
Voila! 
A fun and simple little card.
Now, as for the saying... don't you wish that were true?!?! HAHAHA!!!
