I used the sketch found at I {Heart}2 Stamp for this card:

She is colored up using copic markers, prismacolor markers and sharpie markers. 
The patterned papers are RAKs I received over 5 years ago. 
The orange is by papertrey inc, olive green by bazzil and the ribbon is also from my srcap pile. 
The scalloped edge was cut using a My Favorite Things diecut. 
The embossing was created using a large 5x7 embossing folder by sizzex (I think)
