And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28

truth

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV

OOOH MY GOSHHH!!!

It has been forever since I have posted.
I am in the process of trying to sell my house...
now waiting on hurricane Matthew to make a visit :/
so I haven't had much crafty time. Plus, I packed most of my stuff
away while I am showing the house. I feel SO WEIRD without
my crafty stuff / creative time. Maybe that's why I have been so moody.
hmm...

Anyway, I did have time to create this little card for a very wonderful
friend of mine's birthday. She is so special to me and I am sure many of you
as well. She, Carolyn, recently had found out she had ovarian cancer.
Went in for a complete hysterectomy and just received the call letting her
know they were able to remove all of the cancer and she is now cancer free!
Praise the Lord!

I am telling you, I have had enough of this cancer mess.
I have watched my mom go through all of the pain, hurt, and sickness when
she had hers. Then my grandmother died early June with lukemia. Carolyn
had to go through everything she did. And now my friend's husband has
found out he has prostate cancer. I am just really sick of cancer.
It makes me so upset / angry if I let it...
but I have watched God move in each of these lives in such a big way.
Healing, comforting, loving. He is a GOOD GOOD God!
I praise Him and thank Him every day for the things he is doing in
our lives and for all he has brought us through.

Ok, back to the card...

I used the digi: Lil Sweetie Make A Wish

This card was also created for our OCTOBER
Freshly Brewed Challenge: SWEET TREATS
with a SPLASH OF GREEN

Come play along HERE

Have a very happy and blessed day
