For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV

Trying not to stress...

I have been taking inventory today of the homeschool books I have collected over the past year for Hannah. It looks like we will be hitting the bookstores and the used book store soon. I feel prepared for Science and Math. I need more phonics and reading comprehension. Guess it is time for me to start my research. I hope to feel better and more prepared by the end of August. I can not believe how fast this Summer has passed!!!

I did have time to make a few cards. The little girl image was from a friend on cafe mom. She was so sweet to share with me:). I love it!! I wish I had been in more of a creative mood while making her. She is a very sweet little thing:).

The baby card is for my friend Senae. She had a sweet baby boy this week. I am so excited for her. I hope she likes the card. I am not happy with the color of the skittles I used on it. I tried to remove them w/ no luck. Oh well. I do not think she will notice. My cuttlebug came with a little 'stamp' set. I though the carriage was so cute and perfect for this card.
Thanks for visiting me:)! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!! HUGS!!!!!
** Just got an email saying Senae and baby Matthew are home from the hospital and all are well:) She sent pics to!!! He is the SWEETEST little boy!:) Congratulations Senae!!!**

  1. There's nothing uncreative about the sweet little girl card! And the carriage card is so, so sweet, your friend will cherish it. I didn't know Cuttlebug included stamps with their product. Mine "must have fallen out of the box." Have a great weekend!

As far as phonics and reading comp stuff for Han, there's probably more stuff you have on hand that you could use than you think...
