And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28

truth

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV
Jesus is our soon coming King
James 5:8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh."

A Sweet Recipe

This weeks challenge on Whiff of Joy is a recipe! The requirements are to make it with 3 patterned papers, 2 flowers and 1 button or brad. I obeyed all the rules, but I overlapped my flowers... I hope that is ok. I got this image of Melinda Helping Angel a while back in a RAK. It is so neat to get images from friends. It gives you such a variety and a chance to play with all sorts of sweet images until you are able to purchase your own. She is colored with my bic markers and a few skin color copics.

I had a lot of fun making my card tonight. I really needed the break too. I had Dr apts today among other things. Making my card got my mind off of things and gave me the creative break I needed. All the papers were RAKed from my sweet friend Cass a Long time ago. I love this paper!!! I have a little left and will be sad to see it all go. Isn't it lovely!?

  6. I have been away for too, too long!!!! I have missed so much these past few days! Your card is as stunning as always, and your coloring always takes my breath away...total perfection!!!

I hope your appointments went well. I have been praying feverishly for you and Hannah and hope the two of you are doing much better.

We will be in Jacksonville, SC next month for Jonathon's graduation. Is that very far from you? If not, maybe we will be able to visit for a bit. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed and saying a prayer that we will be able to meet:o) If not next month, maybe over the summer.

    Hugs!
    Carolyn
