BUTTONS!

This weeks challenge at the pink elephant was to use buttons. Something I am not so great at / had little practice with. I did have fun and this image I found in myRAK box inspired me. This card just came together as I sat waiting for my husband to get home from work. He was supposed to be in at 9 but did not get home until around 2. not unusual, but I was worried about him ((especially in his line of work .. if he is home that late it could not be good. )) Well, While I waited I crafted. I made 2 cards :) YAY! I will put the other in another post to save confusion. I am thinking this pup is an elzybells stamp because it was in a stack with others, but I may be wrong. I colored it with my BIC markers and used american craft paper. The buttons are from a jar my mom had collected over the years. A little glitter glue and this card was done :) and I think it is cute:). I made it for my friend who just finished up her finals ((but is now sick:( )) I thought this might make her smile a little. I am so proud of her, she has worked so hard all the while doing ALL she can for her kids and family. She is a strong and amazing woman. I love ya Jessica ((if you see this :) )).
