I made this card for Spoon Full of Sugar as well as a new blog I found called 365 cards. (link is on my sidebar under challenges). I love this Riley. I know, he should not be pink... but I can pretend this is sophie? I dont think it would matter :). The 365 challenge is to use pink. DONE:)! The SFS challenge was touchy feely :) or texture. I cut out Riley's blanket with my xacto knife, colored the image, then added the felt behind the image. I made it poof out with a cotton ball, glued a square of white CS behind it for added support, then I hand stitched around it just to be sure:). I was a little worried the ENTIRE time I made this card that it would not work or would not turn out the way I wanted. Good thing for me, this time it did (or better). I also found this little pill bottle (SU) in a pack of stamps I bought on ebay a year or so ago when I started stamping. I thought it was perfect for this card. My paper is by American Crafts and i colored this sick riley with my bic markers.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28
truth
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV
