For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV

Don't Forget the Milk and Cookies!

Good Morning!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful week.
The weekend is ALMOST HERE  and Christmas is just around the corner.
(I know, that was mean... I teased you with relief for the weekend then WHAM reminded you of all
the Christmas plans you have to get ready. Sorry about that ;) )

My kids do know there is not a Santa Clause. I know Han has not believed for a while, but my son did.
I really was good at making it seem real. Too real. The poor kid was heartbroken. He was getting picked on at dance by some of the other boys and I could not stand it anymore. Sad that I had to break his heart in the process. He is getting older though. I guess he never really thought about it ... and he trusts me 100% so why not believe the lies I have been telling him?!?! :(( They do not want to leave out milk and cookies this year, but I am talking them into it anyway :) .. or perhaps we will start a whole new tradition. I will let you know ;)

We have a few fun things planned this year for our church Christmas party, my little get together I have with my family and things like that. Pretty simple and fun and I am looking forward to all of them!
LOTS of good food, smiles and love as we celebrate the birth of Jesus together.

Today I have a fun little card to share with you.

This little guy can be purchased at the Fresh Brewed Designs shop HERE
He can be purchased with or without glasses. A sweet friend of mine requested
this image because her little grandson wears glasses and she wanted to make something special for him.
I hope you all love him as much as she did :)
