And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28

truth

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV
Jesus is our soon coming King
James 5:8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh."

Hello!

Hello!
I am dropping in with a really quick post today.
I found this photo inspiraiton picture at
The Play Date Cafe and was immediately drawn in.
as they stated, it is very nauti(cool) hehehe

Here is the card I created using this photo inspiration photo:

I needed a bit more inspiration for this card,
so I chose the sketch found here:
Unscripted Sketches
I just kindof flipped it and got a little bit creative with the sketch.
Hope that was ok :/ .....

Materials:
Spectrum markers: Turquoise: BT7, BT9, copic skin markers,
prismacolor markers in canary yellow, cinnamon toast brown, avacado green, eggshell, deco yellow and jasmine. The ribbon is by MArtha Stewart Crafts. The BG paper is from American Craft: a la carte, the yellow paper is scrap. The navy blue is American Craft textured cardstock. The buttons are from my stash.
She is embellished with glossy accents and the hello metal tag is from making memories.

Thank you for stopping by today.
I hope you all have a very happy and blessed weekend.
Before I go, I want to remind you of our SALE going on NOW!

  3. Hey that is your avatar on the card isn't it! You look lovely today. So does the rest of the card. I love the big bold pattern of the paper in the background. Your cards always have this simple uncluttered elegance to them. Your style is definitely an inspiration that I hope to one day achieve.

I have a card that would have been perfect for the nautical theme of the challenge you designed your card for but unfortunately it doesn't come out 'til next Mon. and the challenge itself is done in 9 hrs. Oh well.

    Lisa
