And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose. . Romans 8:28

truth

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 / KJV

James 5:8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh."

It's Time for a FRESH BREWED DIGI RELEASE

GOOD MORNING!
It's time for a Fresh Brewed Designs Digi Release!
Wooop Wooop!

Spring is just around the corner, and boy are we ready!

All of our new digis are celebrating SPRING TIME!
You can find all of the new digis on our homepage >>HERE<<
or >>HERE<< in the SPRING section of the shop

I used the newest digital stamp:

I had a lot of fun creating this little card!
I used the sketch SC529 at SplitcoastStampers >>here<<

My paper trimmer is needing a new blade, so instead of trying to get all of the little
pieces from the edges of my paper (this green paper is very fibrous and hard to cut anyway)
I decided to distress the hound dog out of it! I love the softness it brings to the cards,
especially one filled with fuzzy animals :)
Speaking of fuzzy, I had some yellow fun flock that I added to the chicks
and crystal stickles to the eggs for some egg-stra sparkle!

Be sure to stop by the Freshly Brewed Challenge blog >>HERE<< for more
fun DT projects and to see ALL of our newly released digital stamps!

Have a happy and blessed day!

Hello!

Welcome to Fresh Brewed Designs April Blog Hop and Digi Release!
If you have already visited the challenge blog and are arriving
here from Amy's Blog, then you are right on track!
If not, then go BACK to the start >>HERE<< at Freshly Brewed Challenges.

We are so happy to have you visiting with us today.

We have been waiting for this hop, and season change, for some time now!
Birds are singing, kids are riding bikes, pollen is covering everything, bees are
busy buzzing around ... SPRING IS HERE!

I had so much fun drawing up these little digis!
Little Daffodil poured from my pencil as I was sketching, her little friend Daisy was soon to follow.
I think spring is one of the most beautiful of all the seasons.
It makes me think about new life, beautiful flowers blooming, the sun shining,
and we get to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday.
Well, I don't just celebrate his life on Easter, I try to celebrate it every day!
He loves us so much!

DAFFODIL PLANTS Digital Stamp

I used all scrap papers for this card.
I added glossy accents and several different
shades of stickles to make everything sparkle.

It's all about the flowers...

I think that the flowers singing in Alice in Wonderland was one of the most memorable parts of the movie. I remember NOT liking how the lion ones looked :)) This card was one that was put together sort of like a puzzle as I went along. I had NO plan and no picture in my head AT ALL!!! I always do, I guess that is another reason I like it so much. It just happened. :)

I took my Drink Me Alice in Wonderland digi and colored and cut her out, attached her to the embossed yellow background, added glossy accents in a few places and set her aside. After a lot of just sitting and staring at her and a stack of scrap paper I just started throwing stuff together. I had this scrap piece of a flower coaster from my other Alice card *remember her, I posted this earlier this week*
decisions for Alice
I attached it to the top of the page and thought it looked cute. I thought I was done... then I saw the scrap of the little Cheshire cat. Perfect I said to myself! Then it still felt plain. The flower was just floating. I got out my Twinery twine and added a strip. It still felt plain. I had already had this song from the cartoon stuck in my head while creating it, so I thought WHY NOT! It was a long sentiment, but after I cut the words out separately and placed them down the stem, they JUST fit. *like Cinderella's slipper, but for Alice in Wonderland*

It is an adorable cupckae inspiration photo, so you really DON"T HAVE to use Alice themed things... Stop on over to see the pic and play along.

If you made it through this post, bless you!
I have a cold and have not been sleeping well AT ALL. I have had major coughing fits the past few nights and wake up feeling super icky! It passes after a few hours and I am ok until bedtime again, but right now I am still trying to make it out of ickyness :))

Hope to see you tomorrow at
