Hi everyone. I hope you have had a wonderful week thus far. The kids are both better, finally!!! Tommy Ray is on his 2nd go of antibiotics to get this mess knocked out of him for good. Hannah has gotten back into the swing of her dance classes and I got to make a card during the daily breaks today :o) Yay for leftover nights :o) lol!!! Hannah thinks this card is creepy, but I thought it was fun. I hope you are on my side with this one :o). I was looking through my madness of goodies in my drawers. The stuff that gets left alone, looked at, and told hello on occasion, but never used. I found a bag of googly eyes and the idea hit me.. well, I first found the sketch on 2 S 4 Y and then it hit me, lol! I had to make it.

I found an acrylic heart that I cut into lips, added eyelashes and voila! I could not find a BG paper I liked well enough, so I finally drew my own :D. The sentiment is printed from my computer. I cut the 4 U with my cricut (Plantin Schoolbook). The pink paper is DCWV white core paper that I ran through the cuttlebug (swiss dots) and sanded with a sandpaper block.
That about sums it up... I hope you have a great night. I will hopefully be back tomorrow.
Don't forget about my BUG IMAGE RELEASE HOP on Friday!!! :) for a way to win an image ahead of time check hereChallenges for this card include:

Pink Elephant Birthday Blog Hop

I feel horrible that my life got in the way of my remembering to get this up today. I apologize more than you could ever know. This is one of my top 3 Challenge blogs that I NEVER (well almost) miss out on participating with and love dearly. The ladies there are not only inspirational, they are amazingly sweet and loving and such blessings to me. They give a part of their heart along with their beautiful creations and always spread smiles along the way.
For the card I created for the hop, I used this weeks current challenge: Valentines as well as the Pink Elephant Challenge #38 ~ Black, distressing and hardware. I know I used eyelets...but I used so many I figured it could be hardware? :) To choose a favorite challenge was impossible. They all so unique and amazing!!! Heres to many many more wonderful challenges, more love and many more smiles.
Happy Birthday Pink Elephant!!!
